twitty & Lynn
thursday & friday • 7 pm
may 6 & 7
There’s a moment at the beginning of any Twitty & Lynn show that affords country music fans the chance to look back in time. Just after the band has played the signature intro, Tre Twitty and Tayla Lynn shoot each other a glance that summons the electrifying chemistry of their grandparents. Tre is the grandson of Conway Twitty. Tayla is the granddaughter of Loretta Lynn and toured with Loretta as a child. Songs such as “Hello, Darlin’,” “Coal Miner’s Daughter” and “Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man” come to life for a second time. Twitty & Lynn caught the attention of Nashville, and in 2022, the duo made their debut on the world-famous Grand Ole Opry stage on the same circle of wood where Conway and Loretta once stood. Tre and Tayla, with the passion and easygoing authenticity that defined Conway and Loretta, are keeping the flame of their legacy alive.
